No more facing one of four ways and hoping. Point where you want to work or strike and your hands follow — hoe a corner plot, water a row on the slant, or sweep your blade straight at what's in front of you.
Point, don't snap — Click where you want to act and your tool or weapon goes there at any angle, instead of locking to the four compass directions.
Farm in every direction — Till, water, plant, and harvest any of the eight tiles around you — or the one beneath your feet. Diagonal rows are finally yours.
Swing where you aim — A melee swing's arc centres on your cursor, so your blade connects with what you're actually pointing at, not just due north, south, east, or west.
Tools turn before they swing — Farm tools now face the cursor the instant you act, smoothing out a brief "swing, then spin" hitch.
Keyboard plays on as before — Prefer the keys? Nothing changes — the use key still acts in the direction you're facing.
