The smiths of Coppervale have made room at the forge. Haul your ore up from the deep, smelt it down, and turn raw rock into gear worth carrying — then strap it on and feel the difference, blow by blow.
Smelt and smith your own gear — Buy a crafting table from the general store, forge a furnace from a pile of stone, and set them down on your farm. Feed the furnace ore and coal to smelt metal bars, then work those bars at the table into tools, weapons, and armour.
Smithing is a real skill now — Every bar you smelt and every piece you forge trains Smithing, and better recipes open up as you climb. Some need a steady hand at the anvil; others want a miner's or a forager's eye too.
Gear that finally matters — Equip a helmet, chestplate, legs, a ring, and an amulet for genuine bonuses to your attack, defence, strength, and critical-hit chance, split across melee, ranged, and magic. A platinum sword now bites harder than a copper one, and good armour soaks up blows — arrows included.
A full ladder of tiers — Copper, bronze, iron, steel, cobalt, and platinum swords, pickaxes, and axes, each forged from the matching bars. A better pickaxe or axe chews through ore and trees noticeably faster.
Size up anyone you meet — Right-click another adventurer to inspect their gear and stats, and hover any item in your bag to see exactly what it grants.
